A special designed Friction Feeder System for Thermal Transfer printer (TTO) with Double Detection function. The unique separator device is design to feed various type of materials such as laminated pouches, poly bags, cards, folded carton/box. The Double Detection function will prevent mulitple feeding of materials to avoid damage to the TTO printhead. PLC control with touch screen panel for easy setting of count quantity, count Up/Down, print delay, stop delay, double detection. Feeding and printing speed is measured by an encoder to obtain a constant print width when adjusting for different speed. The magazine hopper is capable of loading up to over 10kg of materials without separation problem. Quick and easy change over to different materials and sizes without tools.
